Details of WOW Classic World PVP Honor System

Honor kills are available when you kill other players of a similar level. The system will accumulate the total number of honor kills you received in a week and give honor points, which correspond to a certain honor level. Honor levels mean title and material rewards, and ultimately official status and other extra rewards.

The method of judging honor is quite complicated. In the process of counting the number of honor kills and giving a week's honor level, several judgment rules are included. However, when players kill similar-level targets, all they see is a simple message: "honor kill". The game cannot display honor points for each kill. In addition, your week's honor score will be calculated based on your contribution to the team, which is the percentage of your team's honor points earned in a week.
Team up with other players, all players in the team will be honored to kill. In fact, honor kills are similar to experience points. As with the experience calculation method, players will also receive extra honor points for the team for honor kills. At this time, the method of determining whether the attack is an honor kill is similar to the method of determining whether the monster can obtain experience value. If you gain experience by killing monsters of this level, killing opponents of the same level (that is, their level numbers are not shown in gray) is also considered honorable killing.
In some cases, a player may kill one or more opposing players in a team with other players. At this point, we will no longer use monster attribution rules to prevent other teams from receiving honorable kills. If multiple teams want to kill a player, all teams will receive a corresponding percentage of honor points based on the damage they cause to that player. For example, suppose two players kill an opposing player together. Player A is a player alone, causing 35% damage to the target; Player B is a team player, causing 65% damage to the target. Player A will receive 35% Honor Kill Points, while Player B's team will receive 65% Honor Points. Before the team assigns honor points, the team honor bonus will be added first. Needless to say, even if some players in the team are not participating in the battle (perhaps because they are doing healing work), they will get honor points; simply put, they will get honor points whenever their team kills the opponent.
The honor points obtained are mainly based on the following three factors: 1) the level of the target, 2) your PvP level, and 3) the player's level. After the end of the week, the system will count all honor kills and non-honor kills you get, and then make certain adjustments based on the relevant data.
