WOW Chromie Time is a new feature going live with Shadowlands Pre-Patch. Below you can learn the basic information of this new system as well as its available zones. 

WOW Chromie Time released with Shadowlands Pre-Patch 

Added with Shadowlands Pre-Patch, Chromie Time allows players to level from 10 to 50 in any zone from Vanilla to Battle for Azeroth. This new system is only available for those who have a character reach level 50. 
Chromie is located in Stormwind and Orgrimmar near each city's Embassy where the Allied Race Totems are located. To activate Chromie Time, you need to talk with Chromie and enable Chromie Time by choosing an available expansion. If you want to leave it, you just come back to Chromie and talk with her to turn it off. 

Available zones in WOW Chromie Time 

While in Chromie Time, you can choose any zone from below to level: 
1. Burning Crusade zones
- Hellfire Peninsula: 10 - 50 
- Zangarmarsh: 10 - 50 
- Terokkar Forest: 15 - 50 
- Nagrand: 15 - 50 
- Blade's Edge Mountains: 20 - 50 
- Shadowmoon Valley: 25 - 50 
- Netherstorm: 25 - 50
2. Wrath of the Lich King zones
- Borean Tundra: 10 - 50 
- Howling Fjord: 10 - 50 
- Dragonblight: 15 - 50 
- Grizzly Hills: 15 - 50 
- Sholazar Basin: 20 - 50 
- Zul'Drak: 20 - 50 
- Crystalsong Forest: 25 - 50 
- The Storm Peaks: 25 - 50 
- Icecrown: 25 - 50
3. Mists of Pandaria zones
4. Warlords of Draenor zones 
5. Legion zones
6. Battle for Azeroth zones
7. Eastern Kingdoms zones
